Having been educated at Marlborough College, I went on to gain a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Exeter. I went on to obtain a PGCE, specialising in Secondary Geography, from the University of Bristol. 

I have over 18 years’ experience in education, specialising in Geography for all ages up to A-level. As part of my career teaching across both the state and Independent sectors, I have taught students from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds as well as a wide spectrum of special educational needs. I have spent 8 years as Head of Geography Department at an independent school in Surrey and was recently awarded 'Excellent in all areas' by ISI. I have gained 4 years experience as Teaching and Learning Coordinator in which I supported teachers in the transition to online and hybrid provision during COVID. I have successfully tutored online and in-person for GCSE and A Level Geography students based both in the UK and Internationally.
