Michael

I have taught for over 17 years; most of that time has been spent in London but I have also been lucky enough to teach in Bangkok, Thailand. My career started with teaching ICT and then moved into Computer Science, which I find much more challenging and interesting. The subject encourages good problem-solving skills and demands persistence and perseverance, all fantastic and transferable skills. I have recently taught in an all girls school and I am a proponent of encouraging more girls into STEM subject choices. I have been a head of department for most of my career whilst holding other pastoral responsibilities. I am currently teaching at a highly academic school in North East London.
