Tanjia

I am a fourth-year undergraduate medical student at the University of Cambridge and heard about Exceptional Academics through my sister who worked exclusively with them throughout her medical studies.  Taking medical school admissions tests and achieving exemplary scores led to securing my place at a top university, where I am now regularly subject to rigorous examinations. At each level, I have performed highly and was recently awarded a First-Class degree (BA) in Natural Sciences from Cambridge. 

During university, I have enjoyed combining my love for teaching and medicine, tutoring both medical students and school students. I have been a private tutor for the past four years, specialising mainly in Biology and Chemistry, teaching both subjects at GCSE and Biology to A-level. While studying in Cambridge, I offer online lessons only but can offer booster lessons during my university holidays to pupils living in London. 

Having recent experience with examinations, I understand the importance of studying the exam syllabus and tailoring each lesson to critical topics in the curriculum. At the same time, I hope to inspire my students to think about the wider implications of scientific ideas and enthuse them about the ever-changing scientific landscape.
