I obtained an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and post graduate degree in MBA Finance in India. 

To satisfy my passion for working with young people, in June 2015, I joined the TeachFirst programme, specialising in the teaching of Mathematics. This gave me an opportunity to gain knowledge on different approaches to learning, reflect on my teaching practice and assessment of pupils, thereby enabling me to become an effective teacher. 

I am passionate about teaching Maths. Mathematics is everywhere from the most beautiful symmetries around us in architecture to the technology that drives our future. There are mathematical secrets hidden also in our natural world. 

Since becoming a fully qualified teacher, teaching in schools has given me the opportunity to become an expert with the Mathematics curriculum across a number of examination boards. I am therefore well equipped to assist students throughout their learning to ensure they have the best possible chance of success.

As a tutor, I adopt a tailored approach that addresses the individual needs of the students - strengthening their subject knowledge, teaching them examination techniques on how best to answer exam-style questions, and providing them with revision strategies that are extremely effective in enabling my pupils to excel academically.
